Sourcing the resumes through Job portals, databanks and references.
Preliminary Screening of Candidates
Telephonic Screening of the candidates to understand their suitability for your requirement.
Posting of job requirements on Job Portals, Company website and other social media platforms
Taking initiative in formulating and implementing recruitment policies.
Identifying sourcing strategies like references, Direct Sourcing, Mass Mailing in order to reach to qualified pool of candidates.
Arranging Interviews and scheduling candidates in coordination with the Client
Negotiating job offers with candidates and Follow-up with candidates for Reference Checks, Notice Period, Negotiations, etc till joining.
Maintaining monthly database and trackers
Responsible for achieving fixed target for revenue generation

Skill Set

Excellent Communication and listening skills
Confident personality
Good HR Skills, Good Interviewer and Good Convincing skills
Well versed with MS Office

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
